Originally budgeted at $7.2M, the final cost rose slightly to $7.4M due to owner-requested change orders and utility upgrades. Brownstone maintained transparency and fiscal control through proactive cost management.

Schedule

While the project faced COVID-19 delays and an adjacent project’s water line break, our team minimized impact, completing the facility with only a 3-month extension from the original 12-month schedule.

By identifying long-lead items early and co-funding procurement when needed, Brownstone safeguarded timelines. Our collaborative approach kept construction moving, even through global disruptions and unexpected utility complications
