Educational Opportunities

Quinta Mazatlán’s Center for Urban Ecology (CUE) is a transformative $76 million initiative designed to serve as a regional hub for environmental education, sustainability, and conservation in the Rio Grande Valley. Situated on a 14-acre expansion of the existing urban sanctuary, the CUE will offer innovative programming, research opportunities, and interactive exhibits aimed at connecting the community with nature and promoting environmental stewardship.

Brownstone Consultants is using the Construction Manager at Risk method to help control costs, define scope clearly, and maximize savings on this project.

Schedule

The 28-month schedule has been adhered to, considering the inclusion of a unique structural superstructure, which symbolizes the wings of birds.
